We have some expenses that are not pass through and we need to add a markup/service charge on top of the expenses. So if there is £100 of expenses and we have service charge agreed for 10% we would want the sales invoice to be generated for 110 to charge for the expenses. Ideally as a separate line to distinguish the service charge element.

Client online batches- rather than manually allocating candidates in a client batch, can the system auto pick up from placements anyone allocated to the client that is set to client batch and auto create a client batch =, would save a lot of time

Is there a way we can download and print copy of the online timesheet? If expenses receipts attached can these be included with timesheet to download/print.

The ability for candidate to upload paper timesheet or worksheet against their online timesheet for approval. This can be also attached to Sales invoice with feature setting on or off.

Ability to upload Word documents as timesheet attachments.

Generate a summary page of the expenses for approval and for the sales/purchase invoices. Include the descriptions from the expenses timesheet on the sales invoice.

Allow a different period/week ending date per client

To be able to chose company on the placement rather than candidate or to be able to have more than one company for a candidate.

Please can we have a void timesheet that we can select when the candidate has a pension refunds only and so we need the void timesheet in order to pull it back from Paycircle. We currently have to use one with a different description and it would be good to have it say what it is for, thank you

Make it so the attachment on placements automatically get added to a timesheet made from that placement, and subsequently the invoice from that timesheet. Maybe a tick box on the placement to include or not include on the timesheets
