TIMESHEET REMINDERS - SET BY CLIENT RATHER THAN GLOBAL

Is it possible to have the Timesheet Reminders set by Client rather than a global setting across all Clients?
Some clients want them bouncing between primary & secondary approvers at quicker internals, e.g. Maximum 1 reminder, 90mins reminder before escalating.
We don't want it that low across all Clients though
