We need the ability to allow submissions for daily rates that are restricted to specific days of the week. For example, if we have separate rate types for each weekday (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, etc.), the system should ensure that a 'Wednesday rate' can only be submitted on a Wednesday, and remain locked or uneditable on any other day (really confusing for candidates who have different pay rates for each day of the week to see 5 rows titled the day of the week, but able to submit all 5 days across each type).

For Candidate, Company, Client and Placement custom exports - To include fields available on import (relating to these fields) to allow user to export data and re-import with required changes to this record.

Ability to archive data on Evertime.

Adding a theme color for Evertime would improve the dashboard's appearance and make it more user-friendly.

Can we find a interim systems to help with files transfers, can we all look into these and see if we can purchase one? It would be fantastic for us to have this especially to help with Self bill processing from the self bill portal to evertime. UI path, blue prism, power automate, Zapier, Mate.com

I feel it will be valuable to scope out adding Student loan/post grad loans from CRM’s like Centric Flow to be captured in Evertime and then be included on the Paycircle download. To include on candidate UI, Combi File and Candidate Import.

Like Sales invoice has serial number sequence, we need that same thing in purchase invoice sequence.

We would all the dropdown options available to be Alphatised. This would provide a better user experience when adding/updating data to Evertime.

9 times out of 10 the error messages received when things go wrong are impossible to self-serve. And the solution seems to bare little relevance to the error message given. Is there anything that can be done to make the messages more useful or create error message de-coding document so that we can solve issue ourselves rather than have to contact the support desk? Who I must add are generally always able to help in very quickly!.

Some clients don't use CRM's so don't have the option to get references from this, it would be handy to either have a report for candidates which would just show their start & end dates along with how many weeks worked / activity tab. Or to be able to export candidates records to show the above information.
