I want to be able to pull a report from Evertime that I can use to upload to our bank via a BACS file. Is this something that could be created please?

There should be a Detailed version of Margin report, which reflects all details for a particular timesheet; Including following details: Location, Contact, PO number As, clients can check each and every details before approving validations.

No restriction on status of timesheet (so we can run the report for all statuses, not having to run for multiple statuses and add reports together. Run report based on payment date of timesheet (allowing from and to, for example, we can run a report for any timesheets paid between 10/02-14/02) The following are fields within the report: Payment date, status of timesheet (Paid & Billed, Paid awaiting Billing etc)

When you run the Zero and Sage reports on Evertime they auto fill to the previous week’s dates. If the CSA’s do not amend these to the current week dates the wrong reports get sent to the clients. Clients then complain as unfortunately this happens a lot. Is there a way they can populate the correct week dates like the SDB and PDB reports so it prevents it from keep happening as it has been a reoccurring complaint from Tik Box payrolls and of course naturally it can be missed sometimes. They need to populate the current week dates as per the SDB and PDB.

Can you please add the below on the report that we generate for all candidates from Manage candidates? Fax Number, Work Telephone Number, External ID, Utr, Notes. Thank you.

Include Purchase Invoice Date on Margin Report v2. When we are using the margin report for accrual support, having purchase invoice date would be crucial as currently looking up against Purchase report for this data.

App Levy to show on PAYE payment list and Margin for costs

With the Integration with Eclipse, we would like to be able to have a Framework filed in the client profiles which can be updated as per the info on Eclipse. This framework field would then be a margin report column which we could use to run our monthly reports as we could then filter by Framework level to better identify our clients and eliminate the need for several vlookups.

Our customer uses Quickbooks accounts platform and would like to export the sales and purchase data in the Quickbooks format to upload.
