There should be a additional email address ( CC Email ) option in respective clients invoice contact, with initial contact person email address. Because many a time client want a specific candidate's invoice to be delivered to specific contact person with cc'd other's too and don't want other candidates invoice to be delivered to Cc'd person's email address

Can we look at being able to create schedules within a client record, or the system recognising weekly timesheet but up to the calendar month end date, when we need to invoice calendar monthly. So we don’t have to do a manual work around.

Some clients have their WE date as the shift date worked instead and would like their sales invoices to be filtered into chronological order.

o Currently does not allow for invoices to be grouped by Week Ending only, so if a client wants a consolidated invoice, but we have several weeks’ worth to invoice for we have to either choose consolidated which clients do not like as they review and pay per W.E cost, or we per PO, which is not the right option for the information we want to show o Need – New invoicing method option – Per Week Ending only (consolidates all entries per client, per Week Ending in 1 invoice)

Ability to include letter prefix on invoice number sequence

From client record, if invoice method grouping is set to Invoice per PO, we would to add the PO number below the Sales invoice number and remove the PO numbers from the description field on the sales invoice template.

Ability to sales invoice discount to sales invoices, driven by client and/or placement record - Applied to Net or Gross and/or before VAT. Suggestions to include Percentage amount, Flat Fee, Amount per timesheet or unit or charge (Deduction), and discount not included on Sales Invoice - only margin.

Is it possible to add a PO reference to the subject heading of an invoice? At the moment we have the invoice number included but we have a client who would also like us to include the PO reference in the subject as well
