When you map the Xero reference / description to include anything this comes after the candidates name and week ending date which makes the reference in Xero really long and you can't see the extra mapping you need ie location / PO. Can we make it so what you chose to map there such as location appears before the candidate name & week ending date.

Include Advance Recovery deduction and fee as grouped value to Payment List.

Currently Reset Xero button is available to all user types, we would like this hidden behind admin permissions as this could cause issues with invoices being reset and duplicate invoices going into Xero etc.

SMS has been suggested for candidate timesheet chasing/reminders, client timesheet approval reminders and general comms throughout the platform. However we would also like to suggest WhatsApp as majority of people will use this over standard SMS/text messages.

If EVT currency exchange rate automatically linked to Xero or whatever accounting system is used, this would be a massive help and a job saved!!

We would like to include better response information when importing the combi file. Although you are able to view the responses, i.e., if a file fails this may be due to missing mandatory data, however it should provide more information and all missing data should be included. The response file at times provides some of the missing mandatory data, and then on re-import you get several issues which were not included in the original response.

We would like an integration from Evertime to Sage Cloud. Ideally this would be an API integration, however as an interim solution reports we could export from Evertime and manually import to Sage Cloud.
