This update introduces a new configuration setting that determines whether the External ID from the candidate record is included in the file output. While the file will always display the Candidate External ID field as part of the structure, this new setting will control whether that field is actually populated with data pulled from the candidate’s record. If the setting is enabled, the External ID from the candidate record will be included; if disabled, the field will remain blank. This allows greater flexibility depending on customer requirements or data-sharing preferences.
