As discussed with Robin the other day, this change doesn't work latest export does not work correctly, as the rate type can only go in the reference field which you can only have 1 of per invoice when imported to xero, so if you have an invoice with more than one line they all end up with the same reference (the reference of the first line of the invoice in the export file) when you import the file in to xero.

This will only work if the field is added to the description. which you can do, but currently there is only the option to add one additional field, which is i imagine already being taken up by everyone, for us this is placement ID. The simple option would be to give additional fields that can be added to the description, separated by hyphens.

Hi James, this is currently available on the static reports if you group this by Rate ID (when running report, Rate ID is the default grouping) and set the Map to Field to include the Rate Description. Map to Field is available in the Manage section, under the Agency Defined Fields tab.
