This is an enhancement to the existing “Rules Based on Hold” feature.

Rules Based on Hold is an Agency-level feature that allows a specific day and time to be configured as the Timesheet approval cut-off. Within the Awaiting Pay & Bill grids, users can then use the “Show All Timesheets” functionality to identify which Timesheets were approved before the configured cut-off and which missed the cut-off.

Previously, this functionality applied to Online Timesheets only. It has now been enhanced to also include Manual Timesheets, based on whether the Manual Timesheet was created and approved by the configured cut-off date and time.
