The Client ID field has now been added to the Timesheet Import process.
This enhancement is designed to support scenarios where Client Contact and Client Location IDs may be identical across multiple client records within the same database. In such cases, relying solely on contact or location identifiers can lead to ambiguity when assigning timesheets.
By including the Client ID, the system can now accurately associate each imported timesheet with the correct client record, ensuring greater precision and avoiding misallocation—particularly in environments where multiple clients share similar or overlapping contact/location information.
This improvement enhances data integrity and ensures that timesheets are consistently linked to the intended client.
