We would like to request a feature that automatically flags or prevents the processing of a timesheet if a shift has already been processed under the same placement (especially relevant for daily placements).

We recently encountered a case where the same shift for a candidate was unintentionally processed in two separate payroll weeks, resulting in a duplicate payment. To avoid such errors in the future, it would be extremely helpful if the system could generate an error message or warning when a duplicate entry is attempted for the same shift within a placement.

This validation is critical to maintaining payroll accuracy and avoiding potential financial discrepancies. We believe this enhancement would significantly improve data integrity and operational efficiency.
