We would like all data stored within the above records to be made available as part of the Custom Export functionality. Currently, only a limited number of fields are included in the standard export view.

In addition, we propose introducing a new column that captures the date and time of the most recent change to each record—whether the update was made manually or via integration with Evertime. This will help provide clearer audit trails and improve data transparency.
