Add the ability to assign branches as Candidate Level - Reason being is when timesheets are added via side by side if an existing placement is not used it will then create a new placement for each timesheet in the background and use the default branch. If this is added at candidate level then it can be assigned to the placement that way. The branch is used for a lot of reports which is the reason for this.
