This enhancement will extend Agency Defined Fields so they can be configured and captured at both the Placement and Client record levels.
The purpose of this enhancement is to ensure that Agency Defined Fields can be:
  • Applied directly to Placements
  • Inherited or referenced from the Client record where a placement is linked to a client
  • Made available during timesheet creation, ensuring the correct data is captured and associated with the relevant placement and client.
This will support more flexible and accurate timesheet processing, particularly in scenarios where client- or placement-specific data must be captured consistently for payroll, billing, and reporting.
